    Lack of mentoring, contracters treated as 2nd class even though often doing the same job as an FTE with the same commitment and passion.

    Pros

    Good, respectful culture. Treats employees respectfully. Lots of opportunity for employees that are prepared to manage their own careers and take the initiative.

    Cons

    Too bureaucratic. lots of lengthy reviews. also, internal data/ analytics is mixed so you may spend a lot of time reviewing unreliable data.

    Advice to Management

    Find ways to further cut down the bureaucracy and empower employees with great, reliable data. Also, try to take a more long term view, and not re-invent the company every fiscal year.

    The company offers good salaries and career development opportunities. The culture and values feel right.

    Cons

    Very US centric with a tendency to want to centralize work in the US, high workload. Four performance reviews a year (although this helps towards career progression & rewards).

    Invest more in local markets & local approach.
