      Pros

      Great company spirit with space for questions, learning and development; Free breakfast, great colleagues and various events going on during the year. For a big company, it is good to have such a horizontal structure. Regarding the company, it is very hard to have a complaint.

      Cons

      Some roles are very specific (due to the sheer dimension of the company) and may thus feel redundant; People feel drawn in by the name and end up staying because of it, regardless of their affinity for a particular role.
