Surrounded with brilliant people
Great overall benefits and coverage (medical, dental, 401k matching, ESPP, charitable matching - money and time)
Broken review model rewards employees that are best at "playing the game" and not the best and brightest employees
Management has suffered the most from the review model resulting in mediocre at best managers
Advice to Management
Focus on solving the employee morale problem which seems to be largely stemming from the review model.
