    2) Great people to work with, willing to help you learn

    4) A lot of learning
    5) You can go as far as you want, as long as you're willing to work hard and ask for help

    Cons

    1) Internal communication (often managers might know crucial things for your work that you learn only after it's too late)
    2) Lots of changes with delayed information
