    Work-life well balanced. Outstanding colleagues to work with. Taken good care of regarding personal health and family.

    Pros

    * Absolutely better work life balance than other companies in China
    * Diverse breakfast
    * Provide shuttle service to/from the company in Shanghai

    Cons

    * Slow pace of work
    * Job content is boring in most teams though my team is fine
    * Little headcount for return offer
    * No enough positions for so many interns

    Advice to Management

    Try to avoid recruiting too many interns if there are no enough positions for them.

    Pros

    Satya and his leadership team have been continuously and successfully transforming the public's perception of Microsoft.

    Cons

    The senior leadership team in China from R&D, Sales and Support, however, doesn't seem to work closely enough to earn a strategic position in the company's decision making chain.

    Pros

    Great company for tech guys. Great benefits probably better than 80% of large corporations.

    Cons

    Consider there are more than 10,000 FTE working here. Double that for vendor. It's very hard to stand out and move up in the company.

    Pros

    I worked in Microsoft Online in Shanghai. The interviewer was really nice and asked me a few basic questions about my previous experience.

    Cons

    They didn't assign me a lot of tasks, so most of the time, I was kind of free.
