    Right person for the right job should be the motto, in the process of restructuring or retaining employees in the department this is missed or misaligned.

    If you are willing to learn, its a great place to gain experience and learn from the elite. Mobile work arrangement where employees can work from home/ in the office

    Cons

    can be very fast pace and loaded with Global and regional projects. need to make an effort to work towards worklife balance for employees
