I have been working at Microsoft for more than a year

    Pros

You can lean and learn a lot there. But it's up to you - no one will push you. Flexibility: flexible hours and workplace. Very clever and intelligent people. Democratic culture. Work & fun.

    Cons

Controversial targets is the key to manage people. Manageable conflict is the way to keep organisation stable. Targets are always getting tougher. Reorganisation always washes off even high performers - you never feel safe.
