Family owned business, so it made dealing with Upper management easier. The vast amount of people working there had been doing so for 15+ years so it was a tight knit group.
The buisness always seemed to find trouble with money. There were times where it was really slow and you could feel that layoffs were right around the corner.
Advice to Management
Management had a set in stone way of doing things. Since the business had been around for several decades the business model stayed the same. Needed to upgrade the formula in my eyes.
Good pay comapred to competition
Top management turnover is constant, no stability
