    Some employees were nice to know

    Cons

    Management is very unprofessional. Would hear them use unprofessional language, they do not know how to communicate responsibilities, and have leadership skills. Most of the other staff were very vicious to each other, would argue with each other. My hours were cut and unfairly let go without the proper procedures in place or any form of communication. Do not recommend at all for any job seeking individuals.

    I cannot think of anything but the beautiful property to list as a pro.

    Cons

    The poor communication and training leads to great employees being driven into the ground. Very toxic environment.

    I am so sorry, I don’t have many pros. The company is not good at training or ensuring positive results from front desk agents.

    The training is slack, the pay is not what it should be, the managers aren’t knowledgeable of what they should be and it sucks a bit.
