    Pros

Capability to mkae a lot of money, but you will need previously developed relationships to do so. Nice benefits to the job.

    Cons

Very poor communication lines and very top end heavy on bonuses-which is fine, if you are on the top! Need to have relationships in place to do well.

    Advice to Management

    stronger commissions

    Pros

Lack of micro management. Drug does not need a lot of medical knowledge. good to start out in pharam in if they can actually sell their drugs

    Cons

probably going backrupt. lack of information given about what is going on in company. lack of mobility. expensive drug competing against genric.

    Advice to Management

Grow a spine and honor your word. If you say you will do something do it. Do not hide behind conference calls on mute to get you out of a jam

    Pros

While you do receive a car and a laptop that is where the pros of working at Middlebrook Pharmaceutical ends.

    Cons

You have two very expensive drugs to sell. Both of these drugs have generic equivalents. Most doctors will laugh at the prospect of writing either of these drugs for $60 when you can have its equivalent for $4 at the pharmacy. To make it worse, most pharmacist will not stock either drug because of the pricing and coverage. WIth more that 45% of the sales force recently laid off, I would suspect that this company won't make it much longer.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees like people instead of a number.
