They still have a lot of great people working here.
Cons
The pay doesn't keep up with the cost of living. There are huge wage disparities. Very hard to get approval for time off - no work life balance

Could focus more on staffing of certain positions, usually PCTs are understaffed.

I’ve been at Middlesex for 8+ years and I do not think the grass is greener elsewhere. Coworkers are great, teamwork is great.

For me, the commute, but I keep going!

staff on unit was very caring and engaging with other staff, direct supervisor was the best manager I've seen, hospital was clean and organized, a great hands on learning environment

staffing was an issue every shift, supervisors played favorites with new admissions
