    Pros

    friendly staffs, numerous opportunities, diverse groups to work with, opportunity to work while studying, wonderful chance to interact with children, an opportunity to support community by motivating the children to study further

    Cons

    I didn't see any such cons while working with mdx. But it would have been wonderful, if i could have got chance to work more with the organization

    Rewarding satisfactory, training and seminars to support workers. Good pay.

    Talented and friendly staff
    Great collaborative working across departments (in particular marketing)
    Generous salary
    Staff perks e.g. gym, NUS card. discounts, events
    25 mins from Central Londo

    Cons

    Limited staff progression - can be difficult to be promoted
    Staff are overworked - this can be avoided by managing expectations and cutting back on activities
    Political at times especially between marketing and academics

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your staff members and find out what they like and don't like about the role and the university
    Allow your team members to step up and take on bigger projects/discussions

    The best place to work. Would recommend it to anyone.

    Cons

    I did not come across any downsides. It was a good environment to work.

    Great addition to a CV. Helps gain cruical interaction with lecturers for future references.

    Cons

    Time management becomes an issue and working hours in and around exam time may hamper revision time.

    Friendly environment, good facilities, loads of staff development and training course, flexible working hours

    Cons

    Poor management, location is not very convienence, 0 hour contract, no annual appraisal

    acknowledge about employees, give feedbacks
