Pros
There are no much similarities that Middleton Meyers shares with the modern organizations. The management takes a different kind of approach towards managing the affairs of employees and that has been working great. Motivation and morale are always high. I find my job highly fulfilling and super fun.
Cons
I think I have got my reservations about Middleton Meyers, but most of them are personal, and I hope to iron them out with the management.

MM is a great place for growth in the workplace. Teamplayers all the way around that makes it feel like family. Great pay and commissions is always a plus.
