Middleton Meyers is a company that encourages their employees to grow and advance in various ways. Middleton's culture makes it so people are happy with the work they do, because there are many resources available for them on how best accomplish these goals! I've had great experiences here from team players who care about each other as much or more than just themselves which creates an environment perfect enough where you'll feel at home from day 1
Cons
Nothing i have found in this company

Excellent company with high regards for workers
Sep 18, 2022 - Community Manager in Charlotte, NCRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
There are no much similarities that Middleton Meyers shares with the modern organizations. The management takes a different kind of approach towards managing the affairs of employees and that has been working great. Motivation and morale are always high. I find my job highly fulfilling and super fun.
Cons
I think I have got my reservations about Middleton Meyers, but most of them are personal, and I hope to iron them out with the management.

Great people with an outstanding culture to the envy of others
Aug 17, 2022 - Corporate Office Staff in Charlotte, NCRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
On behalf of many other employees like myself, I would easily admit that we live our lives, have our core values, which we take so much pride in as the days go by. The management is very welcoming to new and great ideas; in other words, good creativity is given a warm welcome—not just that—it is also encouraged and handsomely rewarded. A typical workday is challenging and every bit of fun. I always look forward to every new day!
Cons
There are less people in the back office, as everybody just prefers to be on the field due to the extra commissions and tips they enjoy.

Love my job
Dec 28, 2021 - Managing Director | Construction in Charlotte, NCRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
I get to working with a great group of people in a great atmosphere every day. Our social media team and office managers are always thinking of way to keep work fun and inviting. Whether or not you're a first day new hire showered with a grand red-carpet intro and MM swag on your desk, or you're a long-time employee getting gift backets filled with gift cards and candy on your birthday, they really try hard to make you feel appreciated. We also take pride in trying to bring value to the communities we own and operate. Providing a clean and safe living environment for our customers are very important to us. Second to that we do a great job at giving back to our communities as well. Really amazing stuff. Personally witnessing some of the things we have done brings me great joy and pride in where I work.
Cons
We are a young company, with an even younger development division added about two years ago. If your use to working with large corporations that's had things figured out for 15, 20 years, this may not be a place for you. With that said we have a great team with a ton of years' experience in property management and can manage assets with the best of them. When it comes to Development it's a little different, our development product is unique, and it has required a lot of creative thinking and has proven to be challenging at times. Leaving those that have been involved in traditional development concepts scratching their heads at times. So, if you're not someone willing to dig in and be an innovator then this may seem like a tough place to work for you.
Thank you for taking the time to provide a rating, it helps us maintain an excellent standard of service.

Where People Count
Dec 29, 2021 - Managing Director of Operations in Charlotte, NCRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Small company that puts it's employees first. Flexible and understanding schedules, great pay. Every team member is important and their work has significant impacts. Ownership and taking the initiative pays off and is recognized. Problem solving and not "passing the buck" are big factors to success. Not the place to be if you want to fly under the radar or do the bare minimum (to me, having a direct impact and being responsible is important and a plus). Coworkers always eager to jump in and help across departments, everyone gets along. Fun and creative environment. Nimble and willing to make updated decisions in the moment. Always new opportunities, always open to feedback new ideas.
Cons
Still trying to find the best way forward in the WFH world and finding the right balance of productivity : culture. Can seem inconsistent if not taking your role by the horns and owning it.

Great Environment and Culture, with People Who Actually Care
Dec 15, 2021 - Digital Marketing Specialist in Charlotte, NCRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
I truly loved my time at Middleton Meyers. I've never felt so taken care of by a company before. My coworkers and managers all wanted to see me succeed and were always very supportive of my endeavors. Birthdays and work anniversaries were always special and reminded you of how appreciated you were. The pay and benefits were great as well. I always felt safe going to HR or my managers about issues I was having, and I felt that they really cared and did their best to make things right. I was able to grow my skills as a content creator substantially while working there, and I never stopped learning. I'm grateful for the time I had at Middleton Meyers.
Cons
The office can get a bit noisy at times, because of the social media team's shenanigans. However, if you're a fun-loving person, this won't be much of a problem.

Pros
No Pros. Benefits laps and they do not tell you. They do not pay you on time. They do not have any qualified personnel. Employees are treated terribly and people quit, the turnover is stressful for everyone. The worst company would never recommend. The company is a sham and a scheme.
Cons
The CEO is a scammer. Does not pay vendors, they will not pay you on time. He does not know how to run a company.
