    good co workers.alot of good men and woman trying to make the best outa what they got.break room outside at pic nic table area was were we had many laughs together

    worked evry shiftexcept days benyt over backwards for company major layoff they demoted me jobwise paywise.etc etc.

    Advice to Management

    get ur employees more compliments letz gface it place is a worn down dump.you expect your line workers to quality check parts when lighting in that part o f line i below par.

    Good place to start learning some manufacturing skills you can use when you move on, which is what you will want to do.

    Cons

    Family management, Good Ol' Boys Club style favoritism, pay is low.

    Run a more employee inclusive operation, take out the unnecessary management layers.
