    Quality products, good benefits package and work/life balance. Productive and enjoyable working environment.

    Cons

    There are some departments in the company that are being reworked to be more efficient, just waiting for those improvements to be implemented.

    I worked at Miele USA full-time

    Pros

    Amazing appliances that are second to none. It was a lot of fun to work with them and sell them. All of my immediate colleagues at Miele were great folks as well - very hard working, supportive, and passionate about the products they sold. Good health insurance and better than average vacation policy also.

    Cons

    Chaotic environment, toxic culture, overbearing management, burdensome reporting requirements.

We are under a regime of terrible, old school, closed minded New Jersey management combined with a disastrous new president, outdated technology, redundant reporting and a toxic corporate culture that has grown positively radioactive.     Work is easy, 9am-5pm so good work/life balance

    People and corporate culture is slow, processes are antiquated or nonexistent

    Pros

    It is a very well ran company especially on the sales side of the business. Sales management is top notch and understands the business really well.

    Cons

    As a sales rep, getting things done for the customer that were outside of the norm were sometimes challenging. You were usually told no to needed requests and would then have to contact your regional for them to get it approved.

    Pros

    Getting to represent the best products on the market. Also there are some truly wonderful people in the organization, however they are dwindling every day under the new regime.

    Cons

    Where do I start? What used to be a wonderful company to work for has turned into a dysfunctional mess. Instead of working together to come up with creative solutions to challenges, upper management is only concerned with bogging employees on the front lines down with redundant reports. Nobody can focus on their core job responsibilities anymore because they are so busy running around trying to keep their managers off...

    Lose the attitude and try listening to your employees. Get your reporting systems organized so that we don’t waste hours every day entering redundant data.

    Good benefits. Coworkers are all nice.

    Cons

    New president and vice president are clueless on how to treat employees. People are leaving because they are so unhappy. If anything goes wrong they are quick to blame and throw baby tantrums like 2 year olds. It USED to be a great company to work for, back when Nick Ord was running things. He knew your name and cared how you were doing. These new guys see you as a number. No feelings. No care. I wouldn't recommend this...

    Advice to Management

    (To the Pres and VP): It's too late to change your perception. Please just quit and go home. Maybe you can get a job wrecking another company? This one's already toast. To everyone else: RUN. This company is not worth your time.
