I worked at Miki Travel full-time for more than a year

    Pros

-Easy job if you stick to the rules -Flexitime and free gym -Multicultural environment (mainly Italian though)

    Cons

-Repetitive work -SLOW career progression -No bonuses / salary increase -High Staff turnover -Extremely old in house system

    Advice to Management
