Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback, it is great to hear you are enjoying your role at MIKI. We do review staff for promotion in January and August, which provides an opportunity to recognise progression during the year. Many thanks again.

Thank you for taking the time to add your comments, we really appreciate it. It’s great to receive feedback that we offer an excellent opportunity to learn about travel. Apart from development within a Division, internal vacancies are circulated regularly and many staff take up the opportunity to do something different too. Our systems are old and we’re currently looking to make some improvements to align with current technologies which will benefit everyone's workload at Miki. We endeavour to retain and reward all employees and enjoy welcoming back those who choose to return.

I worked at Miki Travel full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Central location. Gym access included. Good for first office job. Some friendly people.

    Cons

Low salary level, ridiculous bonuses and sadly no career development opportunities. Some departments are a total mess, have no idea how the company works or should work, what other colleagues do, some very low skilled staff, big mistakes are made but no consequences nor actions are ever taken.
