Interviewing in the “direct lending and specialty finance” group at Milbank. Can someone give me a brief synopsis of what exactly that means? It seems to be different, but the same thing essentially, as leveraged finance, but is also a completely different group from lev fin?

    Pros

    Small company with a family environment. You get to know everyone well.

    Cons

    Limited resources means people are expected to work 10+ hours every day and even then the company still can not meet delivery requirements. Nepotism is prevalent.
