    Good pay, staff, benefits. Good training program and opportunities to move up

    Cons

    Shirt hours, poor staff at times. Management can be more involved

    Pros

    Good co workers and cheap employee meals, kitchen tip out is decent, and lots of hours

    Cons

    Management is messy, employee meals have little nutrition or value, and physically exhausting depending on how well staffed the kitchen is

    They are very bad with fitting to your schedule!

    Advice to Management

    Some managers need to be nicer. But the GM is super friendly and easy going!

    Good people, great way to learn the ins and outs of a resturaunt, decent money

    Cons

    Struggle for hours (especially during the summertime)

    This is the only CARA restaurant that is somewhat classy, do your best to uphold that standard

    I worked at Milestones Grill & Bar full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Great perks of being employed as part of Cara operations. Management was great and there was a lot of options to learn and move up. Benefits were good as well

    Cons

    As a salaried manager you were committed to filling in the gaps when business was down creating well over 50-60 hours of work with out getting paid for it.
