    Negative Outlook

I worked at Millennium Consultants as a contractor

    Pros

They are in touch with some big companies doing contracts for them.

    Cons

They are not forthcoming and try to back door you. They fill contract positions with the lowest bidder, not the best person for the job.

    Advice to Management

Once you get candidates, don't string other candidates along. If you filled the position with someone else for less money, then don't tell other candidates that you are waiting on the client to finalize when you've already filled the position. This is BAD Business!
