    Pros

    I cant think of any pros.

    Cons

    But i have been with the company with a client based in New Jersey for just less than year and recently quit since I couldn't take it anymore.

    Pros

    They are in touch with some big companies doing contracts for them.

    Cons

    They are not forthcoming and try to back door you. They fill contract positions with the lowest bidder, not the best person for the job.

    Excellent benefits, well managed company. Both inhouse and client side projects. Involvement in multiple projects. Experience with different technologies.

    your job is 100% dependent on client satisfaction

    Cons

    no transparency, no leadership, vision. if client says no from a project, you are fired from the company.
