I worked at Millennium Health part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great supervisor! Loved the schedule. Enjoyed meeting clients when collecting their specimen. Pay was fine. Was hoping to advance further, perhaps.

    Cons

Struggled to stay busy. An issue that could be resolved

    Advice to Management

I would love to work for you again! I am willing to work in either Eastern Ohio or Indiana. I am currently working at Walmart in Portland, Indiana. Very nice co-workers and managers. But Millenium made me the happiest. I had a regular schedule that was easy to adjust to for after-work activities.

I have been working at Millennium Health full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great team, higher ups really care about employees, awesome PTO and benefits, regular raises, bonuses, get to work alone which is good for me.

    Cons

I haven't had any problems in my three and a half years with the company however, there are few growth opportunities without a bachelors degree (that can be in literally anything) so it bothers me a bit that my nearly four years experience with the company and an Associate's degree can't take the place of a four year degree.

    Advice to Management

I think management should just continue to value and respect the employees as they do now.
