I worked at Millennium Health full-time

    Pros

The inclusivity for celebrations, events etc. The quality of the company is great, the holidays are fun...my fondest memories are of Halloween and the setup for Christmas party is amazing and the party is fun.

    Cons

The way my employment ended was embarrassing and hypocritical on the HR departments part. I disclosed a form of an invisible disability (one that you can't see) to HR and I was told if I needed anything just let them know and thanks for trusting them etc. Only a couple days later the excuse that was given to me upon being let go was so ridiculous but it wouldn't have been easy to prove so I just let it go. The last thing was once it was done I wasn't allowed to get the rest of my stuff, that they'd mail it to me and because I did a carpool I wouldn't be allowed to wait outside (not even away from the view of the other employees) so they called a cab that picked me up right in front where all of the employees could see. That was humiliating!

I worked at Millennium Health full-time

    Pros

    Met a few nice people.

    Cons

The culture is very clicky, the leadership is poor and unprofessional. the majority of the customers, patients and insurance companies don't want to work with us, and your success depends on which insurances are in network in your area. Ask who Millennium is in network with in your territory before you accept a job here. Millennium will also send patients very high bills . I would not recommend a friend to work here.

    Advice to Management

Be more professional and do not drink at professional events.

I worked at Millennium Health full-time

    Pros

Work hours, location, break room (coffee, tea, hot coco) plastic plates utensil are provided which is awesome. We have a mini mart to buy drinks, food and snacks.

    Cons

Quantity vs Quality, you literally work work work, it's all about your numbers. No one is on the same page, everyone have their own style of posting payment. So many different denial codes with same meaning depends on the poster and whoever is going to audit. You can have great numbers, your audits is 60% pretty much the whole department can't meet expectations. Process change daily back and forth hard to catch up at times. So much work under pay.

    Advice to Management

Both management use to be a poster at one point, having a HIGH quota might not be a great thing. 45-50 accession an hour. Calling for carpal tunnel, please note you might put a lot of stressed on your team. Numbers are always getting higher and higher not to mention other duties. If you want to keep your employees maybe a pay raise or promotion. Well I guess no one will get it since our numbers are low.

    Pros

The benefits are great, company pays 100%. They really try to do things for employees during Christmas, Spring time, and Halloween

    Cons

DEPARTMENT MANAGERS need some training on how to manage and treat employees. Raises do not come around often, no bonuses but most of all you feel you work for nothing (no gratitude)

    Advice to Management

Treat employees like adults. Talk with HR and review employee's exit interviews- you will find out a lot department leaders.

I worked at Millennium Health full-time

    Pros

People are really friendly, very hard workers. They really care for each other. Benefits are ok, but they are being eliminated one by one.

    Cons

Management is horrible, new CEO knows nothing about their business. He wants to sell the company as soon as possible so investors can get their $600 million dollars back. They laid off people to give promotions to managers that are sinking the company. Matching 401k going away, no bonuses, no salary increases excepts for the C level employees.
