    Pros

Some of the people within this company are one of a kind

    Cons

company initiatives are focused on survival to keep doors open and not for the good of the customer or employee

    Advice to Management

    Give up the losing battle

I have been working at Millennium Health full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great team environment and mostly good support from the people at the lab.
    Not micromanaged.
    Matched 401k.
No quotas which leads to consistent pay.

    Cons

    Unclear/consistently changing goals.
No cost of living raises. They “promote” one person per region (east, central, west) per quarter. You can meet all the necessary requirements for a raise and miss your opportunity then something changes. When you do get a raise it’s only a $5k bump per year.

    Advice to Management

Revisit your compensation packages. When you have a change to your health insurance where the employee will be responsible for more you should pay them more. The high turnover is very fixable! Make a performance based compensation package.

I have been working at Millennium Health full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - Benefits are 100% paid for by the company
    - Company events, free lunches (although not as much these past few years)
    - The work they do helps patients

    Cons

    - Company was sued a few years ago
    - Some benefits were cut
    - No raises (even if you worked there 3+ years, you still get nothing)
    - Terrible culture
    - Too much gossiping
    - Favoritism
    - They keep adding responsibilities but you don't get more pay
    - Most people just walk around and socialize
    - If you work hard, they take advantage of you

    Advice to Management

Learn to respect your employees. Without them, there wouldn't be a company in the first place. Don't be taking advantage of people. A lot of people are just standing around doing nothing. Make them do some work! Just because they are your friends doesn't mean they should get special treatment. A lot of people fake their injuries just so they don't have to do any work. Be more professional. This work environment is like a high school. Might as well change the company name to "Millennium High School."

No communication from management. Poor management in general. Short staffed so employees have to wear many hats with high expectations. No overtime to catch up. No raises.

    Advice to Management

Get better with your communication skills. Give employees the raises they deserve.

    Pros

The benefits are insanesly awesome. The starting pay is nothing to argue about. There is a lot to learn if you are willing to put in the effort.

    Cons

Your efforts are not rewarded. I have been there over 4 years and only once received a raise when I got a promotion over 2 years ago. Many employees are young and disruptive and don't seem to care about the work but get paid as much as though of us who care deeply.

    Advice to Management

Stop treating your employees like they are so disposable.
