Millennium wireless definitely sets themselves apart from other authorized retail companies. The way they teach the art of sales is not only very brilliant but easy to grasp. The environment is welcoming and so are the staff. They want the best for the employees in terms of performance and make sure you attain the necessary skills to do so.

The company keeps a positive culture and they have the best compensation structure in the industry. It is family-oriented and there is open communication between the employees and higher-level management. Even with no experience, the company has an extensive training curriculum that provides the necessary support for you to succeed.

The team has been super helpful in training and answering any questions I may have. Definitely grateful for the team I was selected to be apart of. Excited to dish out what I've learned and get on the sales floor to bypass the goals and milestones I have set in place.

Pros

Friendly coworkers, generally flexible schedule depending on manager. I get to genuinely help people even when it is not a sales opportunity. Forgiving and caring senior management when certain circumstances occur. A willingness to teach in many cases

Cons

Job duties are far beyond sales. Toilets? Hire someone. Goals constantly changing, which I understand it from corporate, not company leadership. Encouraged to use misleading yet technically accurate sales techniques. These often confuse customers. I spend a lot of time fixing and explaining customer bills that I did not set up. Not always value added propositions. Many slow days, many tech issues, much time giving tech support. And please understand not every door wring is a sales opportunity. BOLO, regular 1 line bill pays, people brining back trade ins who bought their stuff already are 99% non buyers. Sometimes people just come in the store to hang out. Too many meetings that are the same or just going over the same statistics. Let's hear from prepared and professional presentations from top sellers. Not just picture of pictures stacks of products on tables.
