    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Millennium bcpbank n.a. full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Huge CRM database, excellent management programs, very easy to identify and reach customers.

    Cons

Very bad work environment, contradiction on values and day-to-day practices, people are instigated ones against each others, hard to be promoted if you're not someone's son, daughter, cousin, etc..

    Advice to Management

Look deeply inside your organization and listen to the people

    Pros

    - Good remuneration
    - Vast network of employees

    - Too much of a settled down culture, no ambition to perform
    - Hierarchies are too imposing, somewhat autocratic

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

The work can be challenging and the opportunity to learn new things is definitely there. There is no issue with taking time off as needed as long as you don't abuse the privilege.

    Cons

Upper management doesn't communiate what is happening with the company to the rank and file. Promotions are based more upon popularity with upper management than ability. As a result, lower level management tends to be incompetent.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your peopple and make them aware of what's going on. The truth can't be any worse than some of the rumors being passed around.
