Hard to advance there. They have their favorites and that’s who wins no matter the effort or time you put in. Employees are allowed to hoard work that they don’t want others to have because they feel like they should have control over everything.

Great leadership teamed with a product that is widely respected in a very niche industry.
Cons
Most of training in the industry in the past was through time. Not many chances to learn material when sitting behind a desk all day.
