    Weekly pay, decent benefits, decent pay

    Cons

    Run down equipment, 4 on 4 off schedule, unsafe/broken cranes, priorities way out of order, no option for vision coverage, management are bully-like and selectively enforce rules

    Good pay and good hours

    Cons

    Hard to advance there. They have their favorites and that’s who wins no matter the effort or time you put in. Employees are allowed to hoard work that they don’t want others to have because they feel like they should have control over everything.

    Great team to work with.

    Cons

    Bills of Materials were a mess and inventory was messy, so there were some inefficiencies that showed up because of that.

    Great leadership teamed with a product that is widely respected in a very niche industry.

    Cons

    Most of training in the industry in the past was through time. Not many chances to learn material when sitting behind a desk all day.
