I worked at Miller-Motte Technical College full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Very casual dress code although some women wore cloths that were inappropriate even in a casual environment.

    Cons

It is very apparent that the student experience is not a top priority but enrolling as many students as you can and hoping that as many as possible make it to class. Many students are rushed to enroll but very few are regularly contacted by their admissions person once that. It became a contest on how fast can you enroll a student.

    Pros

Met some wonderful people on the teaching staff

    Cons

Inbred management from Ancora Education Focus is not really on the student it is more keeping any live body in the classroom regardless of ability so that the revenue stream can be kept alive School is more than willing to put a student in a program that they do not want and tell them that they can switch later just to get the income stream No communication outside of the drivel passed down by the Ancora CEO and his underlings No support for the staff Outdated and marginal equipment Toxic work environment
