    I have been working at Miller's Office Products (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Most of the staff are pretty friendly, and easy to get along with.

    Cons

    Very disorganized leadership, hard to get a direct answer on certain things.

    good base salary, weekly training and recognition

    Cons

    no personal understanding even though its a small company. Forget taking a personal day, even if its for an emergency.

    Advice to Management

    have amore personal touch and more incentive for senior level sales execs that work 100% commission
