    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

They service their customers very well and efficiently. Although hidden price increases are not disclosed to the customers.

    Cons

They are a woman owned company, but Mrs. Miller is not active in the company. It is a male driven company and the sales managers have a few select male sales reps who are favored. Everyone else is undervalued. It continues to be an operational based environment and the moral is overall negative. The culture prohibits change and there is a distinct separation between upper management and the rest of employees.

    Advice to Management

I do not offer any advice other than to not work there
