    Pros

This company pays really well, with the added on bonus of pay increases annually as well as bonuses all based on your yearly evaluation.

    Cons

Depending on the brewery you work in there are some challenges with management and the teams, as there are supposed to be 1:1 opportunities for all employees to express the challenges and what they feel could be value added feedback.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to be more employee focused as there are times and sections of the brewery that are under staffed and result in the over-working of employees as well as added stress to fill the position of two or three spots with one person,

I worked at MillerCoors (Less than a year)

    Pros

Amazing benefits for permanent employees. Temps/contract workers get nothing, unless a kind co-worker gives to them/uses their discount on beer.

    Cons

Managers go out of their way to not include you in departmental meetings, despite being dedicated full-time to support the teams key objectives. Directives are casually mentioned/handed down by peers - if at all. Department is political and 'cliquey'. Showing up every day, substantially supporting a team in severe need of assistance, and going above and beyond is not enough to land a permanent position at this company. Hiring Managers seem more concerned with pleasing the in-group by hiring an un/underqualified referral, rather than someone with education, experience, background and something to contribute. Spent two years as a temp in multiple roles - absorbed duties of others beyond original scope, dedicated both part and full time hours with short advanced notice, 5 job interviews - and nothing to show for it.

    Advice to Management

Panel interviews do nothing to foster a potential employer/employee relationship. Panel questions are extremely time consuming and do not allow for outside conversation that would paint a more accurate picture of the position itself or the candidate under consideration. I've participated in five, YES FIVE, panel interviews and with each one, felt that there was so much about my experience, education and what I had to offer that wouldn't organically come about via a panel interview.

Pay attention to the people who ACTUALLY/REALLY want to be there and dedicate themselves to the organization vs. the many employees who take their jobs for granted and complain every single day.

    Pros

Great benefits, awesome field sales team.

    Cons

Disconnect from Senior Management to Field Sales with unrealistic goals and spreading the employees to thin to be effective in their role.

    Advice to Management

Disconnect from Senior Management to Field Sales with unrealistic goals and spreading the employees to thin to be effective in their role. Competition has better coverage within their Field Sales organizations which enables more effective face-time and relationship building to distributors and customers.

    Pros

The hourly pay is better than average for a temp job in production in this area. The chances of getting hired permanently are good.

    Cons

As with any temp job there's no paid time off. It's hot in the plant in the summer.

    The Brands are great
Leadership is strongest it has been here in tenure
Legitimately making some strides towards understanding diversity issues
    Pub- Free Beer
Good Career Growth Opportunities in certain divisions

    Cons

Bureaucracy and silos still dominate instead of great ideas
Change Management is an Achilles heel
Business Model isn't game changing, and the company hasn't really positioned itself from its competitors
Lack of diversity not just in people, but thought.
A couple years behind on implementing everything from technology to process
Accountability is not clear at all; everyone wants to own something
Matrix organization encumbers the organization and prevents great ideas from sprouting
Still too much of an good ol boys and old school network

    Advice to Management

Take a chance for once. No risk, no reward. Same actions will dictate the same results.
