    Pros

Millicom offers an above the market compensation package. Excellent paid vacations offering (if you can use them).
As a leader in most of the markets where Millicom operates, it is an exciting company to push new ideas and to propose innovative concepts that can have a strong impact from day one.
Depending on how you feel it, this is a large organization with entrepreneur behaviors, constantly changing, reorganizing, changing directions.

    Cons

There is no carrier path, employees are basically hanging there for a horizontal shift or getting removed if their services are no longer required. This happens all the time during the year, very stressful.
There are no other benefits than remuneration and vacations.
Aligned with the Pros, Millicom is constantly changing, this could be a Cons for some people that prefer stable and structured organizations.

    Advice to Management

    Career path definition.

    Pros

Great Pay, that is really it.

    Cons

Mafia culture, non-transparent, no clear visibility on professional development, although improving on human resources, still missing the human touch. No open door policy. Lack of coaching.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to open up, the rest are just simple numbered employees with no interaction from the top down, managers need to guide and coach employees.
