I worked at Million Air full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Fun workplace for meeting pilots and seeing various types of airplanes

    Cons

Little room for advancement; low hourly wage.
Must purchase own Airport ID Badge (approx $70) - company does not reimburse you.

    Advice to Management

Concerning promotions . . . rather than secretly hand-pick new line and shift supervisors, post supervisor-job openings on a bulletin board for a period of two weeks or so. Allow all interested line guys to apply.

I worked at Million Air full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They are flexible with your schedule so it is a good job for people in school or with kids.

    Cons

The company as a whole is very unorganized and you have very limited resources to do the best at your job. You work alone a lot in a position that needs a minimum of 2 people there at all times because there is no way for you to take a break. There are no advancement opportunities here so it's not a job that you can make a career. They also do not give raises so whatever you're hired at is what you get.

Great place to work as a pilot with a strong safety culture. Strong support from the charter office.

Most planes are on certificate are owned by private companies. Not uncommon. The Captain ruined my experience with the company and left me no choice but to leave.
