Cons
Expectations are low. Underperforming coworkers get same review/bonus as strong performers. No incentive to do quality work. No promotion or raise opportunities outside of internal moves. Lots of lateral moves but very few upward opportunities. No science investments are made.

Solid work/life balance. Better pay than my previous employer despite what my former employer would call "questionable credentials". Millipore sees the potential and the expertise in me that my former employer did not or would not admit.
Cons
Supply shortage is a problem. Customers can't get enough of our products and our internal discussions are somewhat unwilling to discuss the real reasons we are in this situation. That's a con for me.
