I worked at Milwaukee Brewers part-time

    Pros

Great job to get your foot in the door to a full-time job in sports.
You must be willing to do many different things to get as much experience as possible.

    Cons

It's only part-time so you won't make much money. This is either for people trying to brake into sports or just looking for a part-time, seasonal job.

    Advice to Management

Continue to give people the opportunity to work various jobs and gain experience, if that is what they are wanting to do.
