I have been working at MindLeaf Technologies full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

healthcare is basically free, jobs at military facilities

    Cons

salary sucks, the insurance plans aren't the greatest, management take forever to get back to you on your issues but will completely harass you if its something they need. Not much leave given at all, there's no separation between sick and annual leave.

    Advice to Management

Don't lie to employees about how long their contract will be.

I have been working at MindLeaf Technologies full-time

    Pros

Good communication with HR and your Supervisor. Decent pay. Decent benefits package. The job that I am assigned to was a nice easy going clinic. I like working in a military environment. Work/Life balance is good.

    Cons

No pay increase at any time. PTO accrual is very little. No room for growth. All of this leading to a high turnover.

    Advice to Management

Offer pay increases and better PTO accrual to avoid high turnover.

    Pros

I like dealing and listening to people. I like following military guidelines and protocol. I really enjoyed finding a resolution to their issues.

    Cons

following protocol in a timely matter.

    Advice to Management

I know we have to follow protocol, yet we are not perfect. Just try to have a little more patience with civilian employee's.

    Pros

This was the most flexible company I've ever worked for. Management was easy to get a hold of and speak to. Their open door policy was very much in affect. I never had a problem get a hold of management when needed and my issues were heard and addressed in a timely manner.

    Cons

My only concern is there's no promotion to be had, but I knew this going into the job. This mostly has to do with ML being a contract company, I believe. I didn't think not being able to move up in the company wouldn't bother me, but it did when I started taking on more responsibilities and doing more. But I knew my added work would pay off in the end, and it did.

    Advice to Management

There isn't any. Senior Management is the best I've dealt with in a long while.

I have been working at MindLeaf Technologies as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

Love the people I work with (military folks and civilians). Good pay. Good benefits. Will pay for credentials. Bonuses given for new employees.

    Cons

The coders should be allowed to work from home. I know this may be an AFMOA decision, but I have a feeling this is why there is high turnover. No room for advancement. No distinction between sick time and emergency time. Feel like you have to come to work sick otherwise you could get written up.

    Advice to Management

Should fight for workers to work from home.
