I worked at Mindbench full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great office location, fantastic manager (who owns the business), interesting clients.

    Cons

Every business has cons. This one in particular I would have to say is there is no room to grow. However, it is a boutique firm so this should be expected.

    Advice to Management

    Keep it up!

    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Mindbench full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

None I have seen in the years I worked there.

    Cons

No benefits, leadership is nonexistent and is actually more of an authoritarian model giving no flexibility to its employees. Some behaviors from the top manager were completely inappropriate for a work environment. I didn't like the way they treated their clients and the gap between being in front of them and in their back.

    Advice to Management

Get some real managers in there and step aside so it doesn't hurt the people working there
