      Pros

      Worked there for 2 years and spent time with people who were working there since around 5-9 years. Firstly, instead of your salary being increased, they will revise your salary structure and end up reducing it due to "new company policy and better opportunities" (And they can cause it is a BPO) and you can lose your worth and monthly spending due to this. Secondly, no growth. They operate with Uber Tickets, UberEATS calls but you get treated worse than a factory labor. They even lie to their clients at times.

      Cons

      1) No Leaves, Holidays, Sick Leaves. If you take an off, you won't get paid for that day PLUS your attendance incentive will go down as well that means you will lose at-least 2000PKR per leave. 2) Pathetic Cafeteria. Nothing to eat and you pay for your tea (Unlike other places) 3) No Transportation being offered 4) Rotating Shift. The management will say they wont rotate AND will ask you before a change but this is a lie. 5) Will be forced to sit in late for EXTRA TIME. That's right. They say it's not overtime so you won't get paid x1.5. 6)9 Hours shift including 1 hour break which is two 30 minute breaks. To get your break marked, end the break on the portal, go down, and take your cellphone it takes you 5 minutes at-least (If you hurry) so to go up again, another 5, leaving you with just 20 minute breaks. In those 20 minute break, you have to rush with your meal, tea and smoke. IMPOSSIBLE break plans. 7) HR lies while hiring. After you're at MB and they know you won't leave, they start showing their true colors and you can't say anything else they will kick you out and won't pay 8) HR is a liar, a fraud and blackmails people. 9) The CEO believes in deductions from employees and no benefits and odd working hours so he can benefit (Less cost more money being saved) and can charge clients less amounts. 10) You literally are only allowed 1 scheduled off per week (4 in a month), after working for 6 days. Apart from that, no holidays at all, whatsoever. Goodbye sick leaves, weddings, vacations, family get-together and pampering!
