I had an opportunity to work from home which was awesome.
The environment in White Plains, NY is very quiet almost like a library. I saw a woman wearing those mom jeans and that's when I knew it was different
Advice to Management
They need to understand what other companies are doing in terms of making their cultures exciting, energetic and fun.
I have been working at Mindspark full-time (More than 8 years)
Endless opportunities to work on cutting-edge smartphone apps as well as small battery-powered instrumentation.
Extremely small size with no new hiring for the near future.
Nothing comes to mind other than a decent salary and medical benefits.
It's curious how the previous review asks why anyone would work here if they hate it. They really can't think of any reasons why someone would stay a job they can't stand? Tuition reimbursement? Having a hard time finding a new job? Medical benefits when they have kids? Sick kids? How many more do you need?
By the way that last review was obviously posted by someone who still works here. The language is not of anyone who left the company
