I have been working at Mindtree full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Maternity leaves (Sometimes you might get hard times because of some people but you'll get it)

    Cons

Cheap management who ask employees to stay at airbnb at times just to save money on hotel.

    Advice to Management

If someone is entitled for certain leaves, count on your revenue without those days of work/ billing. If some employee doesn't want to take those leaves, consider it as a bonus. Denying leaves to show your business/revenue is doing good is only going to demoralise the employees and going to make them unhappy. Is this integrity that you showcase to outer world? And please, don't ever tell employees to work extra...

I worked at Mindtree full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Great people and a great collegiate atmosphere that made work fun. Focus on futuristic technologies and product development made Mindtree a differentiated organisation

    Cons

Rapid change led to a complete change in sales and account management team in London. This led to a feeling of instability and concern about longer term viability for customers

    Advice to Management

It is important to rely on the experience and wisdom of those who have helped the company reach the current milestones to help reach greater milestones. Proper training and support will help improve the productivity of existing team members than hiring new people.
