    Colleagues are bright, talented and sincerely care about the institution. Faculty members work hard to help students learn; staff also are very invested in student success.

    Cons

    Due to state budget reductions, financial resources are limited.

    The faculty and staff at MAC truly care about students and the community they serve.

    Cons

    There are financial challenges to working within a limited budget.

    Advice to Management

    Allow employees to provide innovative ideas; public education is changing and although we're in challenging times, it's exciting to think about new opportunities for positive change.

    Very limited advancements. basically you just did very few tasks.
