      free professional development, wonderful families, great amenities for the children, yearly company-wide development day, lots of field trip opportunities for the children

      Cons

      long hours, low compensation, expensive health benefits, at WSU campus the leadership is slightly lacking, lots of pressure to keep up to "standards"

      The people were welcoming and dedicated to teaching children. Administration is open to feedback. The education coordinator is always willing to address issues brought up

      Cons

      Low pay when working 40+ hours per week. Teacher cliques Lack of support in areas where support is needed most It may take a while for administration to be able to talk to you because they're so busy
