We are very proud of what Miniclip is becoming and especially the unity and fantastic collaboration which you are experiencing. We are working hard to keep people better informed – the Mtalks initiative is a great example of this – and are particularly focussing on how we can improve our cross-company communication. Thank you for taking the time to review our company on Glassdoor although, of course, we are extremely disappointed to hear that you feel this way. We fully recognise that, as an organisation, we are a “work in progress” and still have a lot to do and are working hard to improve things all of the time – it was good to see that there at least a couple of things which you feel we are doing well. The recent engagement survey, in which 95% of employees participated, highlighted some particular areas to focus on – Innovation, Leadership, and Career Development are all areas that were called out for attention and work are already underway on these topics. In the meantime, we will continue to run events like Hackathon to provide an opportunity for everyone to contribute ideas, and will also continue to invest heavily in the development of Managers and employees across the business. We would be delighted to hear your personal suggestions and ideas for how we can improve so please do share them directly with your manager, your Exec team member, or someone from the P&O team.

We are delighted to read that you enjoyed working with the team and some of the things we do to try and make Miniclip a really great place to work-, especially our One Miniclip Event. Those events are one of the ways that we try to bring to life our “Work Hard – Play Harder” ethos and help us to show how much we value and appreciate the contribution of our employees. Of course, we are always looking for improvements. We are acutely aware of the importance of salary competitiveness, and that’s why we regularly look closely at independent market data for salaries for all of our roles and try to ensure that we pay competitively. Additionally, we have been working hard to find ways to share our success with people, and we know from our benchmarking that our bonus scheme is competitive in comparison to the market. We know that there are always ways in which we can improve life at Miniclip and have just run our second Engagement Survey to really understand what the team value and feel we do well and what we could do better. Like last year, we will be sharing the results with the company and then setting about taking action to try to continuously improve. Thank you once again for your input and suggestions.
