    I worked at Miniluxe part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    You meet a lot of interesting people. You get to watch a growing business make mistakes and then you also get to celebrate their successes. Peers are supportive and understanding. If you have a desire for growth there are people in the company who are willing to be mentors.

    Cons

    Quick turnover rate in managers. Some members of management and the corporate office can be cliquey and if you don't play by their rules you might be kept from growth opportunities.

    Advice to Management

    You don't have to be mean or aggressive to be a good manager. Never forget that your employees are people, and that no matter their position, deserve to be treated with respect. Remember it's a business not a sorority!

    You get your nails done for free that it!!!!

    Cons

    No breaks, Over worked, underpaid, very unprofessional company, no respect from management at all broken promises, under valued for your hard work no growth, very high turnover rates, favoritism understaffed all the time so your pressured to take on more then your job title with no support from higher up and management have a way of putting their job duties on the front desk staff no advancement or support in the company...

    Advice to Management

    I would advise management to treat your staff better also to stop conflict of interest and having family and friends work for them and to stop gossiping and be more organize and have better communication and please treat your staff better miniluxe has a great concept please stop the cliqueness and favoritism!!!!
