    Pros

    - able to talk bad and complain about management with fellow employees - International students can work above their 40hours per fortnight limit. - Pay rate is according to National minimum standards - Career opportunities are great because they hire a lot of people, but you can expect to be underemployed

    Advice to Management

Nobody deserves to be treated like servants. We are in Australia not overseas. To hire people to clean then let them go aswel as not paying them is terrible. I suggest you have a read of the Fair Work Ombudsman Rules and Regulations.

    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Miniso full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    - Great to get a new experience - Products are nice and affordable - Good weekend and public holiday pay rates

    Cons

    - Depends on the store, but some shop leaders like to put the blame on all staff if store is not organised or sales is bad. Some “leaders” are not even qualified, not organised, don’t know how to manage the team and the store - Company managed by Chinese people and they make their staff work like factory workers, staff working more then “sales assistant”, too much labour work and heavy lifting - Company style not very...

    Advice to Management

Management should treat staff like normal human, and remember this is not China, it can be more relax. Labour work should hire extra labour to do. Sales assistant should be just sales assistant and concentrate on sales. Give opportunity to new staff who have extensive retail + management experience instead of promoting old staff who have only half year miniso experience.

    Cons
