Responsible for the intellectual and moral development of children and teenagers : a tremendous and exciting challenge. Autonomy in my work. Semi-flexibility of working hours : courses are at fixed hours, but the preparation is my business. Hence the possibility to be available to my children.

The mission is never a hundred percent success : there are pupils we fail to help. Or we don't see the benefit of our action on the moment.
