I worked at Ministry Health Care full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

OK pay scale, Newer equipment to work with.

    Cons

Coworkers and peers were fun to work with but it felt very "highschool" while there. Cliques abound. Job was fun except it was mostly stress. Upper management was never around because they were running around for the even higher ups all the time and wouldn't give you reasons for why things happened but instead redirected the conversation to something else. No straight answers were ever given and with all the switching to different companies and headaches involved with that it just kept getting worse.

    Advice to Management

Hire assistant managers for the Emergency departments or EMS crews to take some weight off the managers so we can actually find them if needed. Most of the time could get a hold of them via phone but that's no way to be a manager.
