    - Friendly and small work environment
    - Interesting and challenging work
    - You feel like you are really making a difference for the communities you serve

    Cons

    - Nearly impossible to get in
    - Nearly impossible to negotiate salary
    - It's own world where implicit rules apply and is hard to navigate at first

    Advice to Management

    Be mindful of the pressures that face young professionals who are perpetually on contract. Ambitious young folks are trying to contribute meaningfully in their work but are desperately looking for permanent roles.

    Pros

    Great place to work, learn a lot and have a lot of fun. Working environment is friendly and relax.

    Cons

    Kind of hard to get into a full-time permanent job there. And the public sector would have limit to the compensation.

    Good team of people to work with. Needed to constantly improve on projects to keep up with current technologies. Moments of high action, solution needed quick environment

    Cons

    Not very challenging work. Had more people than were necessary leading to not being very busy. Lots of time waiting for update.
