    Pros

    Communication with children.
    Communication with other educated people.
    Having aims with my students.
    Meeting new people and towns.
    Good salary.
    Advancement.

    Cons

    It isn't a permanent job. I have to be relocated every year and finding a new appartement and friends. When you leave the place, you lose your friends. The summer I am unemployed.

    Advice to Management

    Education and schools are need teachers all the time and not with contracts.

    Create at minimum a Director Position on IT. He/she will be responsible for the strategic planning and guidance of IT.

    Pros

    Teachers were often times supportive. Kids made me feel special and showed how much they appreciated me

    Cons

    Administration was lacking of resources that were needed to do do a successful job. Nonetheless, if improvising was done the job was done

    Pay more attention to staff and provide them with the resources that they need to succeed

    It is great place to work in. It has good benefit and good culture every one is friendly and you can grow with time. They give you enough training .

    Cons

    It has a lot of employees and it is too much crowded and things to be done it takes a while. It has a rare chance to be promoted.

    This job is high stress and exhausting at times. It involves a lot of paper work and sometimes a high take home work load.
