    not too much of pressure, no problem in taking leaves

    Cons

    very laid back culture and they don't take contractual staff seriously.

    they should be more vigilant

    Difficult to change mindsets,less scope for innovation but now suggestions for positive changes are welcome
    ,Seniority prevails over Merit.
    Transferable job effecting family life.
    set service Rules do not allow fast carrier enhancement/salary jumps

    Need to have better HR policy giving scope for recognition of telent,
    ,Openness to new ideas,
    less litigation's all around

    operations at the national level and impact of activities is felt by a very huge population.
