    Pros

    Serves more people within the kingdom with no pay, free medicine, free consultation and treatment even in the remote areas within the kingdom.

    Cons

    Needs more manpower polling for regional primary and secondary hospitals. Better management ideas are needed the unique needs of the people within the kingdom.

    Advice to Management

    Review the current management and determine which to retain and change in order to serve the patients and the people who needs health management.

    Work culture is good, colleagues are quite understanding, multi cultural environment

    Cons

    Vacation leave only twice a year, difficult to see friends and family abroad, extensive and unnecessary paper work for everything including exit visa and re-entry visa.

    Advice to Management

    Make job easy for expats, especially do away with unnecessary paper work e.g. give multiple entry visa rather than entry and exit paperwork.

    Multicultural environment,lots of time to pursue ur Royal college exams or USMLE,

    Cons

    Money trap,very bad work culture,death to clinical skills, phycological stressing .No social life or career development.work if u are desperate for money.

    Advice to Management

    Top management is great since they have been trained in Western countries but Overhauling is must and learn to respect and honor other humans(third world expats specially)

    No increment , no professional ethics , HRA gives after 1 and half year , cannot resign when you get another better opportunity

    Be a professional, cannot do pushing to work to doctors
